A great, flexible Workout Tracker!

I'm really enjoying this workout tracker! I was having trouble finding a spreadsheet that allowed for tracking of different reps and weights in each set and I love that this is included! The calendar element is also great for me to track the different workouts I'm doing (i.e. home, gym, class, etc.) to see the variety split each week! It's easy to set up and use and I've even customized the template to include some features that are specific to me (i.e. logging daily step count, adding in some daily notes, etc.). The best part is that it's encouraged me to stick with my workouts so I can log it in the tracker!
